Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable to send push notifications, in app banners and emails. It is an important tool for us to onboard our customer base as well as to then have continuous engagement with our merchant offers as well as any transactional messages, compliance related or otherwise. The in app messages also help us be able to engage with customers that don't have the marketing consent on.

It has been a great tool to help us monitor and optimise our camapigns. We have also build so many automated journeys, segmented in near real time based on customer behaviour, tested as we go.
Our customers can feel that we have fully personalised campaigns even though we are working fully templated.
