Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We've been a very happy customer of Iterable for the last couple of years. The initial implementation was the far easiest marketing automation system I've implemented (and I've done a few over my career: Salesforce MC, Unica, Aprimo to name a few) and Iterable's easy to use system and API along with their on boarding made it a very easy process. The support we've received over the last two years has also been top notch and they have been rapdily added new capability including AI. We have seen some great commercial results. Great product would recommend.
Pros

Cons
- Some of their recent AI additions have been a great start on their journey, for example AI powered copy automation.
- Very high open rates (50% plus)
- Time to market less than four weeks
- One of our journeys is the highest converting campaign across all paid and non-paid channels.
Allows us with small team fulfil on much more targeted campaigns than we would be able to without it. The catalogue functionality allows us easily replicate our product catalogue in Iterable and then use that to drive personalized product campaigns across email, sms and push
We utilise customer and web data consumed both through the API, and more recently through a direct BigQuery integration to consume data both from batches and in realtime situations. That allows us to send the right communication for each of our customers.
Great in terms of the factors that we assessed against including functionality, ease of implementation, and the ease of which new journeys and campaigns can be created.
