Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable for connecting with new users on our platform and helping them with site useage, promoting current items available, and encouraging sellers to list with us. The thing Iterable does that no other platform I have found does is handle catalog-based geolocation of dynamic content, which improves our email conversion rate by 300%.
Pros
- Catalog-based geolocation of dynamic content
- Account manager support
- Engaging and rewarding their community of users for beta testing and interacting with others
- Implementing AI features
Cons
- Tech support - frustrating to have to pay extra for tech support options (single contact, chat/phone support) that are standard on other platforms
- Drag and drop builder creates redundant code
- Limited functionality in drag and drop builder (some features not available in drag and drop)
- Geolocation features improved our weekly email conversion rate by 300%
With Iterable, we are able to reach our customers in the most efficient manner. For some, that's email, others SMS. We will be building an app soon and definitely implementing in-app notification capabilities.
It's easy to automate our transactional emails and segment audiences to reach the right people at the right time.

One of my favorite features is send time optimization. That allows me to send a message and know that it will reach our customers at their most responsive time, within a time window I set. This isn't something I could do without Iterable's data analysis.
Do you think Iterable delivers good value for the price?
