Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
We use JazzHR to manage all job postings, candidates, and hiring cycles. I manage the administration of the system and involve every department director as hiring managers.
- Job posting integrations into my website
- Job syndication to major platforms
- Application customization for different roles
- In-app email styling and formatting isn't sufficient
- Some of the viewing windows require too much scroll
- Many elements must be adjusted through settings and they could/should be accessed from the point of use also
- Big time saver with automation and ease of use
- Increase in number and quality of candidates from multiple sources
- Very effective in-interview questionnaire and note-taking for efficiency and accuracy
- The Applicant Manager (TAM)
JazzHR is lightyears ahead of TAM. Much more intuitive, ease of use, better navigation hierarchy, better integration tools, better everything.
