Use Cases and Deployment Scope

GoToConnect VOIP is being used as our primary phone provider, every user in our company has its own 4 digit extension and makes and takes calls using their handsets. It is also our provider for faxes, be they digital or analog. We no longer carry a dedicated fax machine so their virtual fax machine feature is well deserved. Overall, I have zero to no complaints about GoToConnect!
