Overall Satisfaction with Jive Hosted VoIP

Across the whole organization. We work remotely and have not had any problems or issues with it. We love it.
  • Incoming calls are routed via the auto-attendant.
  • Voice Mail is received in emails.
  • We are able to use the app on our phones to switch between two companies.
  • I have not experienced any areas for improvement.
Love how easy it is to use, and customer service is great. Responsive!
Great response time.
I have not used any others.
It works well with our companies. I manage both and I need to be able to receive calls when I'm not at my desk.
