Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
We use GoToConnect for our company phone system.
- Virtual phone system
- GoToMeeting online meetings
- Business SMS
- Call control from my Plantronics headset. Can't even hang up the phone with it.
- I'd like the ability to make mobile phone calls without using data. GoToConnect said it can't be done, but the RingCentral mobile app does that.
- SMS interface is not very intuitive.
- It's providing good, reliable VOIP phone service and GotoMeeting conferencing at a great value.
RingCentral has a much better mobile app (doesn't require data usage for mobile calls) and the RC desktop app is more intuitive. GoToConnect blows RingCentral away in terms of value and support. GoToConnect video conferencing (GotoMeeting) is far superior to RingCentral Meetings.
