Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

GoToConnect is used across the whole organization. We are using VoIP service and we are very happy with their service. I believe that they could have more competitive pricing. As for the business problems that they address, we use them as our phone system. No drops in calls or static noises.

I give the rating of nine meaning not perfect but doing an excellent job. Yes, they can, as every company can, make improvements on their service, customer support, follow up, and timing response. No company is perfect but they could make an improvement on their service. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
Not sure yet, still in the testing faze.
Support is good but they need to follow up on open issues in the next 24 hours and not 48 hrs or longer. I was thinking of giving them a nine but it does need improvement. The heartbeat of any corporation is their customer service and how fast are they responding.
Clarity of the phone service is very good. We have not had any major issues since we started with GoToConnect. One of the areas that I have encountered is the lack to follow up with a non-profit organization. We are tax-exempt and paid unnecessary taxes for a few years.
