Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

We use a GoToConnect Hosted VoIP as our current phone system and have for years. It is used company-wide and is the best hosted VoIP provider currently out there.
  • Our calls rarely ever drop, unlike they did with Vonage.
  • Many features are available with Hosted VoIP phones.
  • Editing user information in a PBX is much easier and more convenient than having to call into a provider's support team. You're able to do it all yourself and it's simple.
  • The only con for me is that when your internet is down, your phones are down.
  • It's a cost-effective option as a user's monthly billable price is lower than most.
It's simple and VERY user-friendly and suitable for all ages in the workplace.
I have only ever used GoToConnect. I know my company at one point used Vonage and were very displeased but we all love GoToConnect.
GoToConnect has many support teams who are able to help always! They're happy to do a screen share and walk you through your exact problem and will do so until it is fixed.
GoToConnect Hosted VoIP is well suited for any school or workplace, etc.
