Use Cases and Deployment Scope

To answer calls from clients, vendors, and contractors. It allows us to direct calls to the correct department for faster responses, as well as to answer the calls when we are out of the office. It’s nice that it allows you always be on the go without having to worry about missing calls!

Pros and Cons

Mobile, so we can take it anywhere.
Able to accept and send a fax by email.
Have phones numbers with different area codes

App could be better.

Being able to answer the phone from anywhere.
Fax by email.
The only negative is the app does not always work well.

Our office was down for repairs and we were able to use our phones remotely without interrupting our business.We were also able to send faxes without having to worry about big prices of office equipment. That has to have a direct phone line. So it made it nice to be able to still function in unorganized conditions.
