New User, but customer support is supremely helpful

The entire organization uses it, it addresses long distance issues.

- User interface could be better
- Phone support could be wider, maybe?
- Sometimes provisioning phones is painful, more of an industry issue.
- Has been helpful with recruiting.
- Can change area codes when needed in the recruitment process to help pick up rates.
- Really helpful support to clear up issues.
