Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
We have an enterprise subscription to allow us to use without limits and enjoy the support when it is required. I believe they should sell it differently because currently, it appears their demos are for IT folks but IT folks do not watch these videos. It comes with fantastic hosting plan rich reporting functionality and it is very easy to use and it is very reliable. We were not able to use Google products because it was for us, we use Apple or Adobe Nate as, however, Jotform offers exactly what nobody else does: highly customizable solution for your needs
- Jotform payments are fantastic because they charge 0.0
- Jotform forms just work without any quirks
- Jotform is the first product to answer all our needs on budget
- Jotform anywhere is unclear
- Jotform appearance is a bit dated
- Jotform could do better by showing more complex situations
- We were looking for 2 IT developers, but Enterprise support by JotForm is free
- jotForm do not undertake development for customers but It would be very useful
- JotForm comes naked without predefined functionality and three of us during the first setup the letterhead template and enjoyed t because there are so many registration forms templates that it is quicker to set up From’s crotch vs tuning up an existing template.
