Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
We use Jotform for submitting sample request from our sales representatives to our research and development labs. Jotform created a space for sales reps to have one form with multiple options for the multiple systems that we make. It also created a space to save the requests and send the filled out form to the required people automatically while the sales rep only had to submit one thing.
- Saving every submitted form in an inbox
- easy form creation
- allowing to send the same form to multiple people.
- being able to add on submissions without going to the next plan
- informing users of glitches
- notice of when submissions aren't being sent
- saves time for sales people
