Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities

We used Khoros Communities for Social marketing in our organization. It made it easier to measure social campaigns by utilizing this platform versus others we have explored in the past. Khoros Communities made it easier to work with multiple people and multiple teams while building the projects and helps collaborations work more efficiently.

I think I would give Khoros an overall 7, while there were things we really liked about it. I also saw things that just did not work well for us. We like using iG but it was not the friendliest in using it on that platform. Sometimes the software would glitch or lag which is not helpful during high critical moments.
I do not think I have used the Khoros Support option for our goals. If so, it was not used by me individually.
Tools such as moderation response, analytics, adn content management has enbaled us to manage and improve community operations as our company grows by quick responses and overall visability to analytics. However, it would go a little more in depth in some of its analytics and give deeper insight for some items.

I think that the product has helped our customer engagement and satisfaction metrics by letting us know what the consumer wants. The ease of polls and analytics has helped us dig deeper into certain areas in which response was greater.
The impact Khoros Communities’s gamification features had on customer engagement and satisfaction is that the application of typical elements of "game playing" has encouraged engagement with certain polls/activities we implement. It has helped more engagement from our customers and in return given us a stronger user program to utilize.

I only tried Khoros Communities briefly and from what I remember, it was relatively easy to navigate and use. It helped while collaborating with other departments for social media campaigns. I liked that you can see what each dept is working on. Kohros is probably best suited for larger companies and not smaller ones so much.
