Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We have been using Klaviyo for all sorts of email and SMS communication on our eCommerce store, be it order updates, abandon cart funnel, newsletters, discount campaigns, new product launches info, order tracking updates, etc. We used to work with Mailchimp before, but once we migrated to Klaviyo, we were blown into a whole new world of opportunities and possibilities.
- Automations with A/B Testing (like abandon cart follow-ups, review reminder etc.)
- Timezone based campaign scheduling
- User segmentation
- Smooth integration with multiple marketing tools (ex Aftership, reviews.io, gleam etc.)
- Reporting and benchmarking
- More modern pre-built template library
- Pre-built automation library so we avoid spending times building even a basic one
- We were able to reduce the ratio of our abandon cart customers by following up with them
- We were able to schedule an email and increase our reviews by mail[ing] them about feedback after a certain time period
- We reduced the number of package status requests from customers by connecting it with Aftership, so it sends an update every time the shipment moves from one place to another
- Email delivery issues with previous mail services [was] poor, we were able to land more emails [in] everyone's inbox
