Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use the platform to implement security awareness training across our whole organization. This includes educational training modules and phishing simulations. It addresses the problem of filling in knowledge gaps for email security best practices.
- Phishing simulation management is easy to set up and manage even for a large organization.
- Educational training management is also easy to set up and manage for a large organization.
- Data tracking on education campaigns and phishing campaigns.
- The wording on assessment questions is often times confusing and not clear.
- There is no ability to customize the assessments.
- Tracking on user interaction with attachments in simulated phishing campaigns is limited.
- More users implement email security practices such as link hovering and address inspection.
- Less users are getting phished when compared to previous years.
It honestly just came down to the breadth of content. KnowBe4 just has more content than its competitors.
