Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We utilize the simulated phishing emails on a monthly basis to help enforce proper email security. We have seen this help our end users become more aware of the emails that they are receiving and opening. Over the past two months we have began to see an increase in end users reporting potentially suspicious emails.

Pros

  • Spam Email templates
  • User training
  • Creativity

Cons

  • Setting up groups is difficult.
  • Not a lot of training options
  • The biggest thing is user training, and how many users needed to be retrained.
  • Users are beginning to become a little more precautious about the messages that they open.

We import our entire AD into the application and use one main pool of employees.
Our biggest concern at this point is how many users have clicked, and trying to reduce that number.
THe ease of creating new templates makes it easy to use. There are a lot of good reporting features that can provide good, in depth reports.
