Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for monthly awareness training, monthly phishing tests, and annual questionnaires to gauge employee knowledge. The entire company is required to complete the monthly trainings to satisfy requirements set forth from different resources. We automatically set up employees and schedule the monthly trainings automatically.
- Monthly trainings automatically set up
- Automatically sending phishing tests
- Disabling employees automatically through AD
- Automatically enrolling new employees
- Reporting- the reports I am looking for are never there, I have to run through PowerBi to get reports of things I actually need
- I think there should be a way to send an email with every person who has not completed a required training to a higher power for non compliance issues
- Allows us to meet compliance requirements set forth
We used a product prior to KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training that was less extensive in its options
Do you think KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training's feature set?
Yes
Did KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?
Yes
Allows us to have different content each month to keep things fresh and up to date with current security concerns and practices
Set up with AD. Automatically enrolls new users and deactivates users based on their AD profile. Have different groups based on their newness...like new users get put into easy phishing training vs average employees
Most important is 100% completeness. I need a report that generates from every training and alerts upper management to employees that are past due (thus out of compliance). I can't find a good report that lumps all past due employees together and which training they have not completed
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Feature Ratings
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We have compliance Plus but haven't figured out how to implement it in our program because we have another product that we use for compliance training. Some of compliance plus doesn't apply because it's for other countries
Employees have already been using KnowBe4 and know that it is legitimate and understand how to use it every month. It could be a seamless transition to also implement compliance training through it
If it makes employees aware of the legal requirements that affect their work it could potentially help prevent legal violations that could result in penalties, fines, or even criminal charges. I do think that the compliance plus course work should be a part of diamond status though and not a separate entity.
Compliance training is just as important as security awareness training and should be a part of the same program and same application
We are currently paying for KnowBe4 Compliance Plus as well as another compliance training product that also offers additional learning programs. Because the other product also offers training classes, I believe we will still plan to use it.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
It makes it so much easier to maintain users - new users automatically get set up, terminations automatically happen. If an employee is on FMLA or short term disability or parental leave, we can mark it within the application itself and that is really all of the additional user management that we need to fill out
The phishing is amazing because it really mimics real life possible phishing emails - they are targeted and do really get people thinking and checking links.
We do not use PhishFlip, however, we have set up phisher with system rules that tag emails with commonly used subjects, brands, and words that are commonly used in phishing attempts
