Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

Lastpass is used as the primary (and only) password manager in the whole company. Everybody in the organization has an account.
The primary use is for manager passwords. Before we add LastPass, people were either using a personal password manager or none at all. The latter can cause some security issues.

Lastpass is much easier to use for the users. Password Hub has more features, but people need to be more tech-savvy to use it at its maximum potential. Lastpass also well knows which can help us a lot when we need to do training. Some people may already use it at home.
We do yet know the full scalability of Lastpass since we are still in the process to implement the SSO. For the part that we are using already its scale quite well. We can use AD to add people in Lastpass sharing group. We can also import users in batches.

My experience with Lastpass support was not the best. We communicate with them via email. The first contact with us can take a couple of days. In some cases we had, a vault was corrupted and we were not able to get an answer why. I would love for Lastpass support to have a Chat feature. Email is quite slow and calling is not always a viable option when I have so little time.
I believe Lastpass is one of the most used password managers. So if people use it for personal use, it will help the adoption in the company.
The main reason to get LastPass for Business is to have a centralized, IT-managed solution for your password. No more users with third-party password managers or worse using the same password on many websites.
