Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
We have Lifesize units in our remote offices throughout the continental US and Canada. It helps our representatives stay connected with their clients throughout the business needs. It keeps our travel costs down considerably.
- Clarity of voice and video.
- Relative ease of use.
- Working well across various platforms.
- Works well with other endpoint devices (example: Polycom).
- Complete management from remote office.
- Ease of use by inexperienced end users.
- Ability to program direct dial to frequent conference numbers.
- Positive: Long life
- Positive: Reducing travels costs
- Negative: Reoccurring maintenance contract costs.
For the TOC, I would say Lifsize has been good. We do use a combination of Lifesize and Polycom endpoints. Polycom does have more capabilities but at a higher cost.
