Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
We have locations all across the world and our Head Priest uses it to consult and listen to individuals in the organizations via the Video conference. We have a 10 user license for the Lifesize Cloud. Initially we were using it also for relaying his Live Sermon for various locations but we found that the quality sent was not good enough. So now we use Livestream to transmit the Live sermon because a two way communication is not required. Also having Lifesize Cloud on the Head Priest's laptop enables him to be anywhere in the world and still have the capability of contacting all other locations.
- It is great to have a universal directory that everyone has in sync.
- Good to have the flexibility to use a laptop for Lifesize.
- Good to be able to test the system using the Virtual Call feature.
- Previously with Polycom we had the ability to view the Far end via camera to see who was in the room or which location they were already on a call.
- The Virtual Test call could be improved further because during the recording of your video it should split the screen to show you what it is recording. It should also have the capability of calling you back to make sure that other people can call you.
- The quality of the video is not too good when more than 3 locations are connected.
- We are a non profit organization. Not in it for ROI

Configuring Lifesize Video Conferencing
Lifesize cloud is great but it would be good if the far side conference room could be viewed before making a call. Polycom had that ability in the Internet Management console.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
No - we have not done any custom code
Again the ability to view the far end room before the conference call.

Because we are getting enough support
Yes, our system in India lost it's registration because of the 30 day time out. The Service Renewal license expired because our provider sent the renewal email to the wrong account. Together with Lifesize help we were able to renew without the extra re-certification cost and Tech. Support helped us to get the system back on line.
