Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Our org. uses Litmus for internal and external email reviews. It is an essential part of our proofing and approval process because it allows stakeholders to comment on changes, and continually allows us to version an email without having to replace the link each time. We also use their HTML builder to check our code, and the device previews to check rendering. I love Litmus and it makes our jobs so much easier!

  • The tracking script addition to each email is a bit buggy with our Marketo templates

  • Clarity in approval status
Having the tool built in saves development time for our busy teams.
As an agency, Litmus has enabled us to provide a clear, even process for approvals.
Hours are saved in the approval process by having shared links instead of tests going to email addresses.
LItmus is the most flexible, has the better approval tracking process. I haven't needed to use another tool in so many years, that I don't even know what the others do.

We work with a lot of stakeholders who do not understand the way email is built. Using Litmus for approvals and versioned change management, they don't need to get repeated proofs in their email accounts in order to show where they would like a change clearly. This makes the digital process with multiple contributors as seamless as possible. It is such a relief to be able to use this tool for our teams.
