Litmus has become an indispensable tool, allowing us to meet tight deadlines and deliver a consistently positive user experience across various ESPs.
- Display emails on different ESP in a quick and organised way.

- Clear tick box.
- It would be great if there was an integration where we could make necessary changes in Litmus and update Klaviyo.
- A better understanding of ways to optimize - things may be good as is, but what are ways that we can improve it for a better-sending reputation?
- Sometimes the app in Chrome is clunky.

Haven't really used this that often, but occasionally will use the Chrome extension, which allows us quick access to view the campaign. We still prefer to use the Litmus website fully vs. the app as I feel like it's more comprehensive.
