The monitoring solution for all your needs, with extras!
Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
Within Aurora, we use LogicMonitor across the whole organization. We use LogicMonitor for all our monitoring needs. LogicMonitor has addressed the majority if not all our monitoring needs as it has a lot of data sources built for various different technologies out of the box, and if there is some missing, then you have the ability to create your own LogicModules from data sources to event and config sources. There are some good reports that can be created and downloaded in CSV PDF or you can also view them as an interactive HTML report where you can also view dashboard reports. LogicMonitor has an amazing and easy API to work with when it comes to automation from bulk creating groups to bulk importing instances, exporting and importing data, dashboard automation, website groups, and more.

LogicMonitor is SaaS-based and also agentless. It has better out of the box modules and better support than the competition.
Most of our infrastructure is cloud-based with some on-prem servers and networks.
It's really easy to upgrade collectors without any downtime.
LogicMonitor is our only tool for monitoring, and with the great API, we have been able to automate our own dashboard and integrations into other platforms.
