Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
It's being used in our IT department for monitoring/alerting of our global server and network infrastructure.
- Easy implementation.
- Well organized dashboard.
- Good value for cost.
- Their additional add-ons have been released recently.
- Had to buy a SIEM for LogicMonitor to hook into.
- Positive impact - a cloud tool that's independent of our network.
- Able to give the team meaningful alerting.
Seems easier to implement than products like WhatsUp Gold.
A combo of on prem and cloud. I can't give more details than that for security reasons. And yes to multiple global locations.
SaaS went very well.
It was able to upgrade on a system based on Linux that was extremely hard and expensive to keep operational and up to date.
