Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
LogicMonitor is being used in Zwift to monitor all our network assets, meeting room appliances and all our SaaS.
The idea is to change from a reactive support model to a pro-active support model. In order to archive this, we use all the function the software offers: custom alerts, SNMP monitoring, Windows log monitoring and so far the results are amazing: our response time to our internal customers are increasing. We plan to leverage more the usage among the next year.

- Positive: Allowed deeper audit, making the environment safer
Monitoring approx. 100 devices in 3 different countries and 4 offices. Monitoring access points, switches, routers, printers, IP appliances in general (access control systems, etc) and all our Windows and Linux servers. We monitor also our most used SaaS: AWS, Azure, Office 365, Slack, Zoom and we're developing internal modules for Google Workspace and Okta.
Smoothly - no big roadblocks, very well documented. Better than other tools in the market.
Yes - we are now able to reduce our MTTR since we are alerted proactively of the problems before further complaining.
