Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We use LogMeIn Central on a daily basis to support users spread across multiple locations. Our IT department uses it to remotely connect to user machines in order to diagnose issues as well as show users how certain software functions work. It allows us also to get a quick view of up to date Windows and AntiVirus status.

This sort of management cannot be beat which is why we plan to stay with LogMeIn for the foreseeable future.
