LogMeIn Central gets the job done.
Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We use LogMeIn Central to provide remote support on PCs that we manage. Unattended remote access allows us to fix things after hours. The automation of PC checks and Antivirus is a big plus for us.
Pros
- Remote access works flawlessly
- Remote printing and multiple monitor support are very helpful
- PC status reports are very helpful in heading off problems
Cons
- The ability to Wake On Lan needs improvement
- Flexibility in pricing is problematic unless you directly charge clients to cover the cost
- Decreases time to resolution of issues
- Makes resolving issues easier
- Adds a revenue source as managed services
We haven't looked at any other products as LMI met our needs.
