Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
I've been using LogMeIn Central for 10+ years, and it is only used by myself. It is only used for remote support to customers.
- Remote support.
- Ability to assign user licenses to customers.
- Pricing for B2B, managed service providers, and support companies. Big gap in pricing between 100 users and 250 users, no in-between tiers available.
- I have seen no ROI on the investment as it's a cost of doing business supporting my customers.
