Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We have used LogMeIn Central [for] 6 years. We used it across our whole corporation. Our primary goal is to support users remotely. It is a big challenge when you are supporting users who are in remote offices or working from home. We decided to look into solutions [when] we came across LogMeIn Central, [they] addressed our remote support issue.

Well, it's the other way around. We used LogMeIn Central for 6 years. It always worked for us. The biggest issue we had was performance and cost. Initially, the cost was very low for a subscription, but as time passed, the cost increased to a level where we thought it wasn't worth the cost. So we looked into other products and found AnyDesk. This software is [a] fraction of the cost compared to LogMeIn Central and also [in my experience] the performance is much better compared [to] LogMeIn Central.
