Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
While we use LogMeIn Central for most users, we do have people at sister companies that do work for us. For those computers that we don't have on LogMeIn Central, we utilize LogMeIn Rescue. We also use it for users on personal machines or if we have users with new computers that are in a remote environment.

LogMeIn Rescue has a more feature-rich environment than TeamViewer and gives the user a better sense of security. It also gives us an easier ability to connect to a machine that is not set up with LogMeIn Pro to use with our LogMeIn Central network of computers. It's a nice in-between on-the-fly remote tool.
