Overall Satisfaction with Looker
We use it as a tool for data visualisation, to help key stakeholders understand how their products are performing, if there are any issues and which areas / pain points they need to focus on. This makes it easier to control access, simplify information and ensure there is an effective data strategy across our financial company

- Increased visibility of the work that the digital analytics team do within our organisation
Looker is a lot less overwhelming and lets you take the data that you have in Google Analytics to make it understandable, focused and specific to the audience that is viewing the content. I haven’t used any other tools, but feel because of the ease of accessibility and cost, Looker would be a preferred option
