Overall Satisfaction with Looker

Looker is the main reporting platform in my workplace. It's used for simple cohort information, to complex dashboards for meetings and tracking. As an analytics user, I find it easy to navigate and find the report and information needed. It's also easy to integrate with Google Sheets and other platforms.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Analytics
  • Integration

Cons

  • For all my requirements, I didn't have any issues so far
  • Improved user experience
  • Improved time to report
  • Improved response time
Looker seems friendlier and more accessible.

Do you think Looker delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Looker's feature set?

Yes

Did Looker live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Looker go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Looker again?

Yes

It integrates easily with a wide range of platforms, making it easier to use for someone who doesn't know the back-end. I sometimes can find the info in a Looker report but can't quite navigate it for my needs and it's easy to ingrate with Google Sheets so I can further analyse.
