Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

It is being used for sales only. The account executives and BDRs use it to scrape linkedin and find emails and phone numbers to then sync to Outreach.io. This helps us find information that we couldn't find otherwise. Its hard finding peoples information on the web or even with tools like zoom info. Lusha makes it easier to find those numbers and emails then be able to sync those numbers with existing systems.
  • Integrates with SFDC and Outreach - saves time.
  • Finds the correct phone numbers and emails of prospects
  • Scrapes multiple profiles cutting down on prospecting time.
  • Multiple times they are incorrect with the data that they scrape. Wastes time at times.
  • Occasionally the integration piece gets held up and doesn't sync the way its supposed to.
  • Increased efficiency from sales reps.
  • Less time looking for prospects information manually.
Lusha is a much more simple tool for the earlier companies in my opinion. If you're wanting a tool that doesn't break the bank but still provides a lot of value, then Lusha is a great choice. If you're wanting a more intelligent tool, I would go with something like ZoomInfo and SalesIntel.
I pull reports of prospects at companies and pull their information on emails and phone numbers. Definitely helpful and meet my needs.

For the "Hunter" EAEs that are looking for an easier way to find information on their prospects and have better connect rates, Lusha is really good at finding prospects phone numbers and emails to better connect you. Also, any BDRs that want to find more info on their customers, this is a great way to save time by being able to scrape multiple people. You can easily dump it into a sales platform like Outreach or even in SFDC. Really valuable.
