Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

Implementation makes it easy as it can also be added as a browser extension in just few clicks. There was not really a need to involve IT as everything was straightforward. Its UI is simple and just a short demo was enough. Our team was able to adopt to its environment without a hassle.
In our team of SDRs, we use Lusha primarily for prospecting and lead generation. It helps us find pertinent contact details such as email address and contact numbers which allow us to connect with our prospects. It integrates well with Linkedin which saves us time to create their records as it is also sync with our CRM. It has become a core tool especially for outbound sales where I am part of.

Pros

  • It serves as a deeper source of phone numbers and email addresses.
  • It is easy to use in terms of its integration with Linkedin and CRM.
  • It allows bulk upload of our prospects that saves us time and effort compare to the traditional way of searching.

Cons

  • It has a wide range of data for some other regions like Europe and North America but cant provide enough data from those emerging places like APAC where the market is still a work-in progress
  • Although it gives email address and contact numbers, its accuracy could still be an issue as they are sometimes outdated.
  • The more users and usage being consumed, the higher costs it entails to maintain its subscription.
  • It really is a time saver as it cut down the time being spent in searching for contact information.
  • Being able to use the accurate contact information it gives has helped us increase the connection rates with the prospects.
  • By engaging with the right people, we also contribute to a higher pipeline forecasting because of the good quality leads.
Before adopting Lusha, we also tried using Wiza. They almost have the same capability in terms of integration with Linkedin and CRM. The deal breaker is the data accuracy that Lusha can give over Wiza. Lusha has a broader range in database which made is a stronger fit for our prospecting needs.

It is well suited for outbound sales where prospecting is one of our goals to be able to search and be connected to the decision makers. We also use it for event follow-ups as we also need to re-engage to the attendees. It is less appropriate when targeting weaker markets or regions.
