Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use it to send emails to different segments of our email list and we use it to capture emails on various landing pages. It helps us communicate with our customers and does it in a fashion that can be quickly created and easily understood. It also helps drive sales.

Mailchimp does a pretty good job, but it does lack some features of more expensive software on the market. Mailchimp is perfect for a beginner, but when you need more automation and more tools to make your marketing amazing, you will need to upgrade to a higher-priced email service provider.
I think my company could have spent a lot of money picking up different softwares that would have done tasks separately, but Mailchimp did it as an all in one solution. I know that most people think of MailChimp as an email sending software, but there is a lot more to it if you get past that one feature.
We have started sending emails on a weekly basis (instead of just when we remembered) and have put in a few auto-drip campaigns. With the use of MailChimp, the size and quality of our email list have grown and we have seen an increase in sales to go along with it.
