Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp was used by my organization to create professional-looking emails for internal and external communications. We could reach out to customers/prospects after spending just minutes creating a full newsletter or pitch offer emails. The system is nice enough that even our least tech-savvy employees could figure out how to use the platform and our interns to make a clean end-product without any direction.

Mailchimp has more bells and whistles compared to Mailjet. Mailjet is great for very small companies that don’t want to spend money. Mailchimp is like the super-rich but humble cousin. Both are easy, but with Mailchimp, you just get “more” compared to Mailjet. You receive more features but you are paying for those features.
Our organization has benefitted from using Mailchimp on our direct prospect outreach. We now can contact new potential customers easily and track our efforts to find out if our message is reaching those people. We can A/B test to see which of our messages work best and which we need to replace or remove completely.
We learned that we shouldn’t have waited so long to try Mailchimp and give up on other competitor platforms. Gone are the days when we ripped our hair out trying to set up an email template. Gone are the days where we’d have to wait 3-4 days for our marketing creatives to finish crafting a template. BAM. Now, we can do it ourselves!
