Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is being used by our company to keep communication between the employees. With around 70 thousand employees in the entire company, communication can be quite a challenge. Mailchimp came in as the marketing tool fits in our needs. Sending out email to employees is made easier as it has so many features we can utilize.

We have done some extensive research on which email automation tool we were going with. And after some discussion, we decided to go with Mailchimp mainly for its wholesome features and positive market rate. And we still think that is a good choice to have been made. It helped us a lot.
It has boosted our productivity as we do not have to rely on a lot of different emailing tools to finish different parts of our marketing and communication activities. we can just do everything in the platform and select different groups of people to send customized messages. Either it is for our employees or our customers, it is a great experience.
I think the most exciting success we have is to not have to go to different places to finish one task. With the well integrated functions, we can do multiple tasks in one platform. The most lesson we learned is to set up different group and test drive before we actually send anything to our end users.
