Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We are using Mailchimp to send weekly work-from-home updates about our work. We usually include a tip, a piece of good news, and some more relevant weekly items. We are slowly putting together an automated drip campaign that will bring a new audience to our services.

- The UI recently changed, causing some confusion.
- In my opinion, there are not enough social share options.
- We started using Mailchimp when the pandemic started, and it's helped us keep in touch with our clients.
- It has netted positive results, proven by clicks and buys.
We've been able to stay in touch with our clients and keep them abreast of what's happening in our industry. We have made announcements about new products and services we offer and have had considerable results. That's more of keeping up with using Mailchimp for what it's supposed to do, rather than the product itself.
