Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is an essential part of our marketing. Since we are a non-profit, we needed something that would be efficient and affordable. Mailchimp satisfies both of those demands, with a simple and easy to use interface. We primarily use it for sending out new articles, YouTube videos we post and general awareness about our foundation and all the work that is done.

Being an all-in-one inclusive tool, Mailchimp excels at app to app connection. The primary other function we use in MailChimp is the integration between MailChimp and Google Analytics, which not only provides insight to our mail activity, but also gives insight to what people click most when viewing the email and where they are interested in being directed to.
Mailchimp has provided us with the opportunity to reach not only our core audience, but also ophthalmic oncologists that we haven't been connected with before. Also, the A/B testing has aided in making sure we are sending out the best emails as possible, maximizing our content and making sure everything is perfect before sending out.
