Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is mostly used for massive edm campaigns. It's the most cost effective tool for us when sending over 5k emails at once.
The drag and drop modules allows our team to work on different comms at the same time, without having to rely on a specific design or having to wait for someone to code it.

- Landing design module could be more complete. It's very limited.
- The Sales tool is good for very small businesses
- The reporting could be more complete

It was a very important tool to start testing our audience and marketing strategies. With the audience insights we were able to define our buyer personas in a more accurate way, as well as define what's the type of content that our audience enjoys the most.
The UX/UI experience is better which makes it seem like it's better, when they are both very similar on terms of features.
