Mailchimp has given a significant boost to our customer engagement and brand awareness. It is terribly amazing with its powerful analytics & well- designed templates that are also optimised for mobile devices. It has substantially helped us to strategise & fast track our email marketing approach. The email builder allows us to drag & drop the elements, themes, text and create unique & and relevant mailers in a professional style.

Customer support needs improvement. It is actually a tedious and time consuming process to contact and resolve an issue through the Mailchimp customer support team.
