Mattermost- Simplifying Work and taking take of what "matters the most"

We use Mattermost for Connecting and collaborating and creating workflows that ease up repetitive tasks. I feel like in any business, especially our, staff tend to get into a silo when challenged, and Mattermost addresses this problem by live screen sharing, calls and collaboration. Workflows also make thigs easier so staff can focus on other tasks while Mattermost does the automations.
