We use Mattermost within the organization as our primary communication tool between divisions and teams. Whether its marketing, operations, development, or management. We each have our own channels and rules set up to automate and ensure workflow is seamless and easy.

Overall Mattermost is well suited to most teams, It is a great alternative to Slack and allows a good degree of scalability. However on teams that are creative focused it can be a bottleneck due to their content sharing settings and workflow
