Mattermost is the messaging platform we utilise to for centralized communication channels in our company. It helps us whenever we have to share information throughout the organization or department.

  • durable and secure as available on the intranet
  • improved collaboration
  • faster resolution and awareness of incidents with quick notifications
We have deployed this tool within our intranet. Therefore, I would say that it has reduced security or data loss risk. Also, we have customized UI components at our convenience with minimal effort.

In our company, we use Mattermost to let everyone know whenever any incidents happen. Additionally, within the team whenever we have questions and are looking for answers, we can start a thread and talk with multiple people at the same time.
