Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

We are an IT company managing different companies using Microsoft 365.
We maintain and use Microsoft 365. From Outlook for email, Teams for scheduling and meetings, Excel for sheets and charts. Word for contracts or documentation. To Sharepoint for data management and collaboration.

Microsoft 365 allows us to efficiently use all our company data.

Pros

  • Central
  • Consistent UI
  • Security

Cons

  • Listening more to the Customer requested features and improvements.
  • Improve support, in my experience, Really difficult to get good support in case of an issue.
  • In my opinion, quality control has sadly gone down the last years.
  • 1 Stop shop, allows for efficiency
  • Don't have exact numbers but study shows that companies using Microsoft 365 show a 150% ROI
  • Accessible anywhere allowing flexibility
  • Easy to scale with all the available flavors.
While Microsoft 365 is an amazing toolset, its still a Microsoft product.
Sadly, I think the quality control regarding updates has dropped a lot the last few years. Also, I think things like the new Outlook are no improvement. In my opinion, so many features are missing. Still they proceed to push this. Microsoft knows their suite is one of the only of its kind broadly used and because of that, in my opinion, they can pull whatever they want on the users and do that without issue.
In my opinion Microsoft 365 is the most complete out of the bunch because of the cloud and desktop apps, the easy expandability it brings in combination with Azure and Entra/Intune. I must say that Google Workspace is a close contender but the desktop apps are less complete in my opinion. The pricing is very good even the lowest tier. In my eyes they can't compete.

Yes

Microsoft 365 is well suited for every company that needs to send and receive and create email and documents. Because of Sharepoint in combination with OneDrive it allows for a central point of data. If you work alot with external customers thats an amazing point.

I haven't actually seen a scenario where Microsoft 365 wouldn't be a good addition.
