Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

I daily use several applications inside the Microsoft 365 suite. I use Outlook as a desk application to manage emails. Despite of the most app available in the store I consider for now maybe one of the best tool for this purpose. Microsoft Word is used to write and access documentation together with Powerpoint for slides presentations and some Excel to create tables and some calculations.
  • Outlook for me is one of the best app to manage emails
  • Calendar is very good to manage duties
  • Words is very strait forward on writing docs
  • Sometimes emails are not well notified
  • Better integration with Google tools would be good
  • Microsoft Teams not nice at all
  • Improved collaboration among our teams
  • Cost savings in terms of IT infrastructure and maintenance
  • Data loss prevention having robust cloud infra
  • Flexibility and resilience
Thunderbird is very nice tool but in my case not used because I have several issues with his calendar.
Zoom is very good tool, providing you low band usage and good video and sound quality.
I have tested OpenOffice but not nice UI experience.
Slack very good chatting tool with history keeping and huddle for quick audi call.

Yes

Microsoft 365 is a good suite for large enterprises companies for their collaboration and productivity. It's useful for remote working and file sharing on OneDrive.
I prefer other vendor tools for online calls because Teams is very heavy and Skype not useful in general for my organisation where some other products are mostly used.
