We use it for communication and production. E-mail, drafting of documents, spreadsheets, etc. We also use Publisher and PowerPoint for the creation of presentations and demonstrative materials. It has streamlined our workflows and improved our efficiency. It provides us the flexibility because we can use it on desktop, tablets and smartphones.
- Handle E-mail Communication via Outlook

- Archiving of older e-mails
- Issues with normal.dot templates with certain plugins and updates
- Improve slide creation process in PowerPoint. Drop and drag functionality would be nice, similar to Elementor editor.

No comparison, we can do more with Microsoft 365 and we are more efficient. The pricing model is very fair. We don't have to worry about updating the software on each machine, the updates are handled by Microsoft directly and the Microsoft 365 programs seem much more stable and the added ability to use them on smartphones and tablets cannot be overstated. It allows for productivity no matter where you are located.
