Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Several apps from [Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] have being used by my organization. For presentations or procedures, we use Powerpoint. For reports, we use Word. For communications and calls/meetings, we use Teams. For emails & calendar, we use Outlook. All individual data which is not saved on servers, is being saved on OneDrive in case of a machine failure. For calculation sheets, we use Excel.
- It is intuitive and user friendly
- It is constantly improving to add new features
- The Microsoft suite package has a software for any general need in an organization.
- In Teams, it is currently not possible to change the channel's privacy from private to public. This is definitely a big challenge for us to work around.
- In Teams, the video settings such as background photo can only be changed while inside a meeting. This does not make much sense since you need to have a suitable video set up before entering a meeting.
- Security
- Compatibility
- Intuitiveness
- Globalness
- I doubt the business could even run without the use of Microsoft 365. It is absolutely essential for all functions and all departments to use it.
I can't think of a substitute for [Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365).]
