My agency used Microsoft 360 as one of our main data storage faculties and mean of communication. We utilize Microsoft 360 for Email, Document storage and exchange, calendar operations, and spreadsheet. Different departments have various needs for the apps that are within Microsoft 360, but the cloud function is useful for most departments as we do not all work on the main campus.

Microsoft 360 felt more professional and had fewer bugs than Google. The storage function felt more secure. We also needed to utilize Microsoft because it was HIPPA compliant. I feel like the apps are more intuitive on 360 although, I have recently used Google as it has been a few years and some of their apps have improved, I just feel that Microsoft is better professionally and Google is better personally.
